Belpre has it's challenges. We are very small and not that wealthy, through out the vourse of my highschool years we had to worry about losing our school. Luckily we did not, then covid hit and everything since had not been the same.

I liked that Belpre is a smaller school. You get to know everyone in your grade and most of the other grades also. Most people are friends because of the class sizes being smaller so even if you aren't friends with someone you still know about them. The classes are smaller so you get more one on one time with teachers and they can help you get a better understanding of what you're learning.

As nice as the school was for those in need of high school education, there is many things that could be changed about it. Money is hard to fund on in the district area so we often had to deal with things that the school couldn't afford such as no field trips, and more. The school itself is starting to crumble apart because of this issue, and the staff are in need of more people too. Belpre is a small town so people who work in the school are not even in the area for where they live. Maybe one day it could be a better place.

We moved to Belpre in 2008. Since we have been here, the school system has rapidly declined. When we first arrived, I met several teachers who actually cared, and would contact me asap if a homework assignment was missing, or anything else. Those days are long, long gone... Instead of actually teach...

Belpre is a nice quiet, small town, which a nice school system. We moved into the district from a much larger city and I'm thrilled to have a smaller school. Less violence, you actually know the students that you go to school with and there are a lot of extracurricular activities. I'm glad we moved...

For several years, a superintendent let this schol system go downhill. Luckily, he was replaced and things have been much better for the last few years. The staff is helpful, the buildings and attitudes of students and parents has been much better. It's a small school system, which has advantages an...
