This established academic institution focuses on preparing today's students for tomorrow's challenges by inspiring kids to become lifelong learners and contributing members of society. Lake Hazel Middle School offers extensive amenities for athletics, art, science and extracurricular activities, including modern classrooms, a music room, a library and cafeteria, a gymnasium, six tennis courts, five softball diamonds and an Olympic-sized track and recreation field. Young athletes have ample opportunities to compete in football, wrestling, cross-country, volleyball, tennis, basketball and cheer squad. Lake Hazel's music and choir program offer students an artistic outlet for performance. The after-school ski and snowboard club and student council give kids even more opportunities for physical activity and student leadership.
