I had a good 4 years here made a lot of new friends and had a lot good connections with my teacher and counselor. I think it's one of the best schools but there is some flaws like it's built on a hill so there is so much traffic trying to get to school and a lot of traffic trying to leave school so you have to be there early.

Brea Olinda High School provides the academics ready for college but lacks in some subjects. Every teacher executes their teaching well, however, some specific subjects with multiple teachers are seen unfair. "This teacher is harder" or "this teacher doesn't teach" are often talked about, teachers communication on TEACHING terms and a bit weak.

As a transfer student during my senior year of high school, I feel like they have had it very easy for me to be college ready. They make sure academics are a big part of student life. I enjoy how passionate they are about their students and programs. Only downside was the enrollment process.

My boy is attending this school last 3 years and become a senior this year. We are satisfied with the school system. Compared to other nearby schools, BOHS has a great balance. I hate that I moved to Brea. The city is great but the high school is out of control. A bunch of affluent kids mixed in with a faculty that honestly doesn't care. It's very sad.
