There has been a lot of turnover at this school - mostly due to moving/pregnancy for young teachers etc. But it makes it difficult to maintain consistency.

They offer several sports - basketball, volleyball, soccer, cross country and (this year) track and field. They gym is undersized which makes it difficult. They have a no cut policy which means all levels of kids play the sports from club players to non-club players. The kids that play club tend to get more play time than those that don't. Teams are often much to large because of the no-cut policy and won't prepare them for life.

School health and safety is OK. There is not a good policy about bullying as it was witnessed by my child this year and the school really didn't step in and handle the issue very well

High test scores are the focus. Teachers quit frequently. They have to offer free tutoring after school for students to keep up.
