Best: Good facilities, good teachers: much better than public school, speakers come to talk to the students, Worst: food could be a bit better, meatless mondays suck, extremely lenient grading policy: the lowest grade you're getting if you're not dumb is an 80, a bit liberal in that you can't do anything which makes people feel 'unsafe' (they never define what it means)

I love Berkeley Carroll. It has allowed me to create strong connections and meet people who have become my best friends. Additionally, Berkeley Carroll has helped me a lot with college, as I've gotten to attend numerous fairs and sessions centered around finding the right school for me + how to write supplements/personal statements.

Being at Berkeley Carroll was an interesting experience, to say the least. I learned a lot and was able to get out of my comfort zone and stuff, however; I was faced with a decent amount of racist people and situations during my education here.

My daughter has been at Berkeley Carroll for 2 years now. Having gone to a rigorous private school on the Upper East Side myself, I hold high standards for her education. I've been impressed with the school thus far. It is challenging yet engaging. It is also the right balance of both traditional an...

BC is a warm, empathic and inclusive school with strong commitment to deep learning. This is not a school where memorization reigns, but instead kids are taught...

My Middle School son is thriving academically at Berkeley Carroll! The social side is good, too! We send him to BC because of the excellent academic program! I particularly love the humanities program because it is teaching my son critical thinking and excellent writing skills. In this class, he lea...
