The teachers at Brooklyn Friends school are warm, accommodating, and always have your best interest at heart. The only trying thing about this school is that the administration running it can be disrespectful to those who work here and do nothing pay them enough.

As a teacher I found the students really wholesome and engaged. But the administration keeps people pit against each other and the turnover is so high that it's barely worth it to get emotionally invested. Ridiculously outdated equipment and materials. If they can cut a corner they will, but then waste money on ... food trucks. Seriously - the printers barely worked for a year and the head of school paid for food trucks and lame tote bags. Oh well - don't believe the hype.

This is a fantastic and very caring institution. Top notch academics, balanced with nurturing professional hearts. We have two children who are thriving academically and socially; we are so impressed with its administration and faculty. Definitely worth serious consideration if you want a challenging and deep curriculum, with terrific sets of experienced

This school is falling apart because of the Head of School. Just so unkind, insincere, and deeply unprofessional institution. They don't seem to care about about people and their values are not emblematic of Quaker values. We left.
