Shocking that the school (and district) does not have textbooks and workbooks for elementary students. There is not one spelling test given in K-5. Class sizes are large. BL test scores are worst in the district. If you can afford it, do private school.

While I liked the sense of community, the education is terrible. If you can afford to live in Calabasas, you can afford private schools and that truly is the best route. Bay Laurel is a phenomenal school. I went there almost 30 years ago and loved it. And now that my daughter is thriving there, I love it even more!
