There's a huge gap in the curriculum. The politics at the top is obscene. The bad teachers are really bad. The great teachers are really great. If your child gets the great teachers they will excel if not the path to academic success will be challenging. The facilities are almost as bad as the middle school which are simply horrifying. The plans for a new school levy will have a difficult time passing due to the rumors of corruption on the school board.

This school is fantastic. The teachers, staff, administrators really demonstrate that they care about kids. My daughter was reading really well within two months of starting kindergarten. We moved to Canfield almost entirely for the schools from Hamilton NJ. We don’t regret that decision. Their hand...

I am surprized that CH is rated lower than Hilltop. We moved to this district 2 years ago. My son had a very hard time during his first grade year at his old school. He is now in third grade at CH, but thanks to his exceptional teachers he is now doing very well. I am very happy with CH.
