The IB program at Douglas County taught me valuable critical thinking skills, and time management. Without completion of the IB program and the dedicated teachers who run it, I would not have excelled in college to the magnitude I did (graduating Magna Cum Lade in 3 years).

They took five minutes out of lunch because they used to many snow days. Teachers are pretty good, really depends on the class how involved they are.

This school has had problems with drugs and crime. Environment is not super friendly. But the IB program is fantastic, and other academics are okay.
