I have had a great experience with First Baptist in the last 6 years of going there. They have a very supportive staff that helps you and prepares you for college. I have enjoyed playing sports and being involved in school activities. I would recommend this school to anyone who wants a small Christian environment with great academics and extracurriculars.

First Baptist is an amazing Private Christian school. The curriculum keeps concrete concepts up-to-date with real-world relations and events. Every teacher is dedicated to giving a deep understanding of their subject(s) to students. The sports program here is one of the best in South Carolina.

Great teachers and family atmosphere. Many opportunities for students in sports and fine arts. We love the school and was perfect for our family. The new James Island complex is wonderful.

The school and especially the athletic director rules with a dictatorship where they will allow the parents and kids to have a say so in a leaders ability to do their job without taking an accountability, the facts and truth from all sides of the story. First Baptist is over the top! The teachers and administration have such a devotion to the education of children. The campus is located downtown Charleston, close to the battery, we are also excited about the new school building opening this coming school year!
