East Ridge high school is a really diverse school. I personally like the JROTC program because it helps me meet new people. A lot of people think it's a bad school but honestly if you just hang out with the right people nobody will bother you. It also depends on the person because we go to school to learn and not to just have fun. You will learn if you have the willingness but if not then theirs no point in coming to school. No school is perfect but we the students make a big impact on how our school functions. The bad things are there are many students who don't do the right thing but I'm focused on doing my best in my classes and be on of the top students in my class.

East Ridge High School is an average highschool when it comes to sports, staff, the student body, and other extracurriculars. The courses at the school are lacking with only a handful of AP and DE courses being available.

I attended the school during my high school years and graduated in 2018. I can say that some teachers actually cared for the students. I feel like some were a bit prejudiced and rude, however it's and average PW school.

Would not recommend for a child that needs extra care.. now if your child has a good head on their shoulders and doesn’t struggle in school or with children it’s probably okay. A school on the decline. The district has done much to wreck this school with questionable leadership choices. The new principal is over his head, and the assistant is totally clueless.
