Home of the Lions, Carroll-Rosenwald’s striking blue and gold mascot reminds students to be bold and courageous when facing academic and personal challenges. The average class size of Carroll-Rosenwald is 22 students and emphasis is placed on social and emotional learning that encourages positive personal self-reflection and affirmation. Carroll-Rosenwald employs an award-winning staff and includes two DRIVE winners and one recipient of the Kohl McCormick Early Childhood Teaching reward. Seven of the school’s teachers are National Board Certified by the state of Illinois. Extracurricular activities offered at Carroll-Rosenwald include dance, basketball, track, cross country, and cheerleading.
