Christ the King Jesuit College Preparatory School, located on West Jackson Boulevard, has been serving the community of Austin and Chicago's west side since 2008. The preparatory school provides ninth through 12th graders with a Jesuit-based curriculum that allows students to develop into their faith, service and social justice.
Enrolling just under 400 students, this school has incredibly high graduation rates that lead inner city kids to successful college and professional careers. To deflect the traditional costs associated with private education, Christ the King Jesuit Preparatory College partners with 96 local businesses to provide work for students outside the classroom to fund their educations.
Supplementing students' scholastic studies with extracurricular enrichment that includes drama club, the National Honor Society, peer ministry, the Student Action Leadership Team, student council, video game club and the school yearbook.
Student-athletes can practice their skills playing on eight varsity and junior varsity level teams including basketball. Christ the King's generous 100,000 square-foot facilities feature an environmentally green roof with 24 classrooms, three computer labs, three science labs, an art room, a music room and St. Ignatius Chapel.

I'm very impressed with this school and I find it to be just what my daughter needs to continue to shape her for her journey to high school. She loves it. And it's one of the city's best kept secrets
