I would say so far my experience at this school is nothing too drastic to other high schools. Most of the staff is good and welcoming but then again there are some teachers who just after an hour of talking expect you to fully retain the knowledge it took them years to study, yet I don't let this ruin my experience at this school and overall would recommend it. Especially the sports aspect, I completely adore my memories of cross country and track here.

Attending Chowchilla Union High School was a decent experience for me. I was an AP student who was in band for all four years of high school. The experience for someone with my interests was very good, I'd say. While my high school experience at Chowchilla Union High School wasn't perfect (for example, the cafeteria food was middling at best), it was wonderful compared to some horror stories I've heard.

I do not recommend allowing my children to come to this highschool, it's very unorganized and unprofessional. There is limited electives which limits your ability to learn new things. This school has several policies that no one abides by and only has 3 good teachers that actually care about your student and if they are actually learning or not. All of the other teachers are very rude and hate their jobs. This year alone three teachers left.
