Clovis East is really good academically and the teachers are down to earth. The staff seriously are so sweet and supportive. But the graduation ceremony, though the best one in the district, is also the strictest.

good, however teachers seem to care more about their job secureness rather than the students. Help has to be sought out, rather than offered.

Clovis East high school wasn't my first option. I could've gone to Clovis high, but in the end I chose to stay at East. The education they provide is satisfactory with how they teach their core classes like English, math, science, history, etc. Then the electives that they provide are decent. I'd say from personal experience, the food wasn't the best. It's ok to give to students, but it's enough to just get by through the day. Sometimes they will give out 3 chicken tenders and have very little or not appetizing side options.

This school tries hard. As a former student I can list more pros than cons to this school. I wouldn’t say I’m troubled but I did have my share of base instances where I was able to seek out a therapist and get the help I needed while on campus. There are many great teachers and counselors at this sc...

Both of my sons graduated from CEHS. Both also graduated from Portland State University and immediately got jobs. One recently started his PhD in Biomedicine. He was one of 15 students out of 800 to be selected for this program. The other pursued his interest in finances and has a job he loves. This...
