GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

The school itself is great, but there are certain teachers that will make the experience feel not so great. On the other hand there are also a handful of teachers that will make your years there so much nicer. There will always be somewhere you can go for help. I personally loved the college and career center at the school. they have an amazing advisor who helps everyone no matter what they want to want to do after high school.

The diversity at Mount is definitely a plus and the courses we provide are impressive. We have health pathway classes, art and digital art classes, cooking and food preparation classes, and the main core ones. The issues reside on the staff. Most bathrooms are locked all the time to "lessen the vaping issue." Students will vape regardless. There also aren't much fights, the school is ok.

In my freshman year, there were a lot of school activities like rallies and spirit week that was well organized. There are a lot of resources available to get help. I am now in a college now program when I am enrolled in Diablo Valley College and Mount Diablo Highschool because I had a teacher that recommended the program to me. I like how involved teachers are with their students.

This school has potential and could be better than what it is. The school is in Concord but serves the kids of Bay Point which is a far more ethnically diverse area than Concord. As a result of “white flight” , nearly 80% of the students who reside in concord and are supposed to feed into Mt. Diablo...

Really Great school. They have medicine academy, engineering academy, architecture academy, design academy and chef academy. All the students go to the college or university or army.

This school is horrible. I would not recommend sending your child here. There are gangs, drug problems, and other things that are just horrible. The school is so easy, and has no challenge at all. I doubt any colleges would want you if you have a diploma from here.
