It was overall an okay school. Nothing special, nothing outgoing. Our sports teams are really good though.

Eastside is one of the best schools in Newton County. We have good sports and the education here is what i believe to be better than other school in the county. Most of the teachers have a real connection with students and there is always someone you can talk to help. The only thing i don't like is some of the teachers pick favorites. The teachers i've had my favorite being Mr. Sullivan, were pretty good as teachers. It's also a pretty diverse school. There are a lot of cliques and quite a bit of judgy characters but once you find people you enjoy being around they're usually life long friends. It's why i have my best friend now.

I have attended Eastside since 2021 and I have enjoyed being a family to this school. It has prepared me for success and the environment pushes students for success. The admin are passionate for student success and the principal reminds the school every morning to make today a great day and that success is in our future. The students carry themselves with powerful integrity and show immense care for one another. The school overall is a very safe environment and feels like home to most.

Eastside is a decent facility, well maintained thanks to the custodial staff but is somewhat lacking overall.
