Some teachers are very helpful, kind and understanding, while some are the opposite. It's a win or lose situation at this school, some teachers are rude. My experiences with councilors are good they were always nice and helpful. I don't know about other sports but I did track for four seasons and it was really fun at first and I'm glad that I experienced it. One particular coach made me want to leave and doesn't pay much attention to the athletes that don't exactly stand out or peak his interest. Before him there was a coach that was kind, understanding, and listened, he paid attention to each athlete and gave opportunities while the new one doesn't. He had to leave due to health, although he did come back he's not head coach anymore. I'm not on the team anymore by the way I have thoughts on returning for a season but that's a maybe.

There are a lot of faults, very understaffed but there are a lot of classes to chose from and a lot of people to meet. Teachers are usually kind and helpful but theres a handful that don't help a lot unfortunately.

Danbury High School has a lot of opportunities for students, there are a lot of clubs, sports teams, and a wide range of classes. However, many students tend to not do well in harder classes that they take because of poor foundations in earlier classes, that are made easier so that more students can pass. Unfortunately, this leads to future classes needing to go and teach what was not taught previously and should have been prerequisite knowledge for the class.

This school provides teachers with no support no materials and no healthy boundaries. Admin lacks empathy and understanding. The students here do not care about education and because of the poor education standards, they will never receive the education they deserve. Teachers here are very clique an...
