I moved from NYC to Elk Grove to place my kids in this school district 10 years ago and it was the best parenting decision I could have ever made. Carroll is an amazing school, hands down.

I have two kids at Carroll Elementary School. For past several interactions and observation, I noticed the principal is caring, always outside in the morning/afternoon during pick-up/drop-off. We moved to Elk Grove from the Bay Area. This is by far the best school my kids have been to compared to the ones in Fremont. My kids used to go to a Forest Park, then switched to Azevada due to the Chinese program discontinue issue. After that, he was transferred to Ardenwood due to crowded issue....
