GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

The school is fine the food is questionable at best and the teachers are very friendly same for the other staff the student body is mainly comprised of Hispanics sprinkled in with some white folks the electives are alright I like the computer and medical ROP classes and asb plans out fun events from time to time

The school is small and navigable, but there is not a lot of opportunity to take many advanced classes. I would like there to be more student involvement in making large decisions. They destroyed our student parking lot to put a theater there but we had to move to a significantly smaller and more unsafe parking lot.

Estancia High school tries it's best... which isn't very good. I've struggled with mental health issues for a very long time and Estancia has only made them worse. There are no windows, and security gaurds scream at you to get to class. Some of the teachers don't really teach. We consistently have problems with power and matinence. The counselors don't really care about you; Two teachers reached out to my counselor because they were worried about me and she didn't do anything.

My granddaughter is going on her 2nd year at Estancia and I have to say I am glad we are at this school. The teachers are amazing, they make learning exciting. My granddaughter got an A in history and she hates history. Mrs. Lee has made the class so fun. She is completely engulfed with astronomy an...

To be very frank with you, this year there has been barely any bullying. The small school environment is easy to navigate and fit into. Even in my freshmen year, I’m already told college expectations and how to achieve various goals. I do believe I am set on a steady path.

Shhhh....don't tell anyone, but this little school is our city's best kept secret. 1200 kids, best principal , dedicated and caring teachers, students that want to succeed. We've been so thrilled with our students' educations through EHS!
