My experience at Everett was alright, I didn't have all bad or all good experiences. I was in orchestra all 4 years and jazz band my senior year and it was one of my favorite things, even though the teacher wasn't amazing. I gained a lot of friends and even a boyfriend from orchestra. I really enjoyed my science classes and I thrived in them. Taking chemistry is what inspired me to want to be a chem teacher. I gained a lot of connections with my teachers and other faculty members, especially my senior year.

Everett High School is an open campus that encompasses three city blocks. Because of this, the students have freedom within the school. The atmosphere is mostly friendly/ the food is passable but there are opportunities to bring your own lunch, go off campus, and eat in other areas on campus. Some of the buildings are old and in dire need of repair. There are lots of clubs and athletics that being the students together. Though it is a larger school you get to know most people at some point.

Everett Highschool has a lively and diverse community, a wide range of electives and extracurricular activities. The teachers are passionate about their respective subjects, and students show enthusiasm in school culture. It's unfortunate that harassment and discrimination is common among the student body, although there's room on campus for radical change.

Mostly good people, not too many people try to start things or pick fights. Most students are very respectful to one another, most teachers are respectful towards their students but the teachers can say/do some bullying of their own with how some treat students.
