GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Everyone is helpful to each other and we don't see any bullying. The education is good and the staff is always there if you need help. The school does anything they can to make the school a better educational place and the student are educationally motivated.

I enjoyed my schooling at Farmersville High School. It is a small school with not many students, but it still gave the average high school experience. The teachers were great and they did their best to relay the information to the students in a manner that was comprehensible and easy to understand. One thing I worried about was the math department. Many students fell behind or couldn't keep up, and there is a grand jump from Math 3 to AP Calculus or Statistics, which I think a majority of students can't handle.

Farmersville highschool has a lot of work to be done. We need a new building. Our lunch isn't all so good. We need classes to help us in the real world.

This school received a "D" rating for test scores! Very unsatisfactory, especially for students who may be considering higher education.
