New leadership in this school was just what the staff needed to support innovative educational thinking. The re-energized efforts with Technology and the Arts is taking hold and students appreciate the increased opportunities made possible for them. My 4th grader truly enjoys school every single day thanks to all staff and volunteers she interacts with. The sense of pride in their purpose is strong and our community is lucky to have these individuals focusing on the young people of Farmington.

Love the new administrative team at HWMS . They are so caring and want what is best for kids. I also feel my child is getting a good education.

My 4th grader is learning powerful executing functioning skills at HWMS that I do not think she would acquire if she were still in a lower-elementary school like the K-8 schools in other communities. She has improved her time management and test her ability to make good choices every day!

I have two child that are in the farmington schools one goes to HWMS and outher child goes to VVCS i think both schools are doing there best. The ony thing i don"t get is the everyday math but who am i to say both children are top of there class so i have to thank the teacher and myself it take scho...
