I have loved Hartfield in the 6 years I have attended. It has been very helpful in preparing me for college. The teachers and administration always push me to be the best version of myself.

It is such a great school! I feel very at home at all times. The teachers, faculty, and students all get along so well and it is clear to see the overall care for the students that all teachers and staff have!

I am a parent of a former student here, acquainted with several of her friends & their parents, and am also friends with a couple of past employees. If academic growth is important to you and your child, stay far away from Hartfield. I offer two anecdotes. (1) While they expressed that some aspects of their education were very good, the valedictorian & salutatorian of a recent graduating class had NOTHING but negative things to say about their overall academic experience at Hartfield. Again, the valedictorian and the salutatorian. That in itself speaks volumes about the school's academic quality, and I could stop my review here. (2) Related to (1) — Every Hartfield alum at Ole Miss & MSU I have spoken with has said that their Hartfield education left them woefully underprepared for the academic demands of a university; one of these was the SALUTATORIAN mentioned in the previous sentence; one was my daughter. [I could go on, but have reached the word limit for Niche reviews.]
