The teachers care about their students and are very helpful. The only downside is they bring politics into their lessons which is distracting

Foresthill High School is a very calm and good environment when it comes to learning. However it does not have the best security. Students actively carry pocket knives and other items on hand with them around campus. There is also a large vaping and marijuana usage problem on campus.

I do not know if the school has a nurse on staff. There is a school sheriff on staff. The school environment is very safe. There are no gangs or violence.

I have had a good experience with my son here. It’s small but he has been able to play multiple sports and still get good grades because they have a flexible period for athletes. My daughter has a learning disability and gets a lot of extra attention. Some of the teachers seem to care about the stud...

This school has little in regards to AP/Dual Enrollment opportunities. The teachers are very “meh” when it comes to teaching and keeping kids involved. There are very few extra curricular activities available. The only kids that are given attention are the ones that are in baseball or football. The...

I monitored this small town high school closely a year prior to my child entering high school and while any school has its strengths and weaknesses, I saw a continual trend of something good getting even better and have now entrusted two children to FHS and am not at all disappointed. In just his 2n...

The problem is that many of the higher achieving kids go down to Placer High where there are more AP classes. Forersthill has about 6 AP classes. Not bad for a school with 230 ki...
