The teachers are pretty difficult but if you work hard and stay on top of your work then everything will be fine. The people here are outrageously competitive academically and show their true colors. They are strict about the wrong things like walking in the hallways with your friends or going to the bathroom for too long, but aren't strict about things like the dress code. Overall it isn't a bad school and most of its students do end up successful.

As a cheerleader I was vey disappointed that my school didn't have a strong cheer program. I think the teachers are mostly nice. I would like to see change in. ESL program since I found it useless when I used to be apart of it.

I did not attend Fort Lee High School for all 4 years. I transferred to Fort Lee High School during my junior year. For the time that I was in Fort Lee High School, my overall experience was pretty different. Fort Lee High School was very inclusive, active in the community, and more, however, they did not like to try many different things. I would like to see the diversity change. I loved being surrounded by different cultures, but it tended to sometimes make me feel less than.

As a classmate of Tara Hintze-Lawlor, I want to give her this as a guidance counselor being that I knew her growing up: I have never dealt with, known or covered a more inexorably conceited, condescending, factually wrong, name-dropping, dissent-intolerant, megalomaniacal, pompous, boastful, hypocri...

Teachers are nice. Main problems come from guidance counselors and admin. Some of the guidance counselors do not care about students at all, and show extreme favoritism. This school does nothing about bullying and harassment even with several witness reports from both students and faculty.

It is concerning to see that school leadership does not provide quality teaching materials for teachers and hold extremely low expectations for students. The school does not have strong math, technology curriculum. The future jobs are in those fields and doubt that the school is equipped to prepare...
