Would like to see more availability and teachers for more AP/IB courses; teachers need to focus on the in depth subject learning rather than test taking skills.

My son has had a great experience at GBHS. The administration and school board are excellent. Most teachers are very good and school spirit is high. Downside is that the student body is very cliquish and many troubled kids from divorced households.

I've enjoyed my experience. Just as I finish sophomore year, I've already had a few teachers which I can easily say, are some of the best I have had in my life. The teachers are excellent and I learned a vast amount of the World through the AP Euro course, and I've made plenty of friends and enjoy going to Granite Bay High. I have not had any negative experiences so far, and I am hoping that will continue. I am excited for the classes I will be taking junior year, as I have already learned so much from one AP class, I wonder how much I will learn from more.

My son has been a student at Granite Bay HS for a full 4 years and is now graduating. He has gone from struggling to excelling! His grades and overall outlook have soared. Every school has its pros and cons. The academics, athletics, extracurriculars, school spirit, and administrative support are very good. The school board is also excellent.
