As a sixth-year student at SPG, I strongly recommend this school. It has an excellent academic program, a strong culture, a safe environment, and wonderful teachers. For students who are not challenged by the regular curriculum, they find ways to challenge them - i.a. Talented and Gifted programs, above-grade-level work, and experienced teachers. As public schools go, Spring Glen is one of the best.

Spring Glen is a wonderful school! my child goes there and LOVES it. The teachers and staff are so kind and friendly. They take the time to help my child understand something. Wonderful school! a definite 10/10.

Spring Glen School is a gem. Spring Glen has a wonderful principal, experienced teachers, and a great community of families. And Hamden, while facing some challenges, remains a great place to live.
