Harrisburg High School is very welcoming. I transferred here my junior year and it was far from a bad decision. The academics are outstanding. Harrisburg also provides many great extracurricular activities that I have tried out. There is nothing I would change about this school.

I had a really poor experience at this school and i'm glad to graduate. There's a lot of bullying from students and teachers, making it hard to learn. I've managed to maintain good grades as well as be accepted into university

HHS is a very small school, so you know pretty much everyone. Class conversations are common and easy going. Teacher relationships are great to form and many people are super welcoming. My only complaints are their lack of action for poor teachers. When it comes to sexual harassment or poor teaching skills, action is rarely taken unless many parents get involved.

The only thing that would make this district better is a school board who cared more about kids than money. A total makeover is in order. The high school has high quality educators who care about kids and go above and beyond the call of duty to help students succeed.
