Coronado is not too bad. However, I have not been to another highschool. The teachers are very nice and I've learned a lot. But, the school is very unorganized. If there is an event going I, I most likely won't know about it until the day of or maybe the day before. The events that are "planned" are all over the place and not very fun. Educational wise though, a good school.

I don't think I could have gone to a better high school. These are definitely years I will remember for a long time. Freshman year, I thought high school was the most amazing thing. Over time there have been ups and downs, but my experience at Coronado was a really good one. There were classes I struggled in (like Algebra II) and classes I excelled in (Chemistry), but I think Coronado has a very good range of classes offered. I wish there were more options for fun electives because lots of electives were still academic so including fun classes would definitely elevate high school. Coronado has lots of opportunities to get involved which I really liked. I was able to get involved through being on the dance team which made my high school experience that much more special. Overall I love Coronado High School and have had an amazing experience here.

I really enjoy going to this school. I am apart of the Coronado Theater department as the audio head and i am planning to go for technical director for my senior year. I also have only had one teacher all 3 years that i feel didn't really want to teach but he was a long term sub and had a couple issues throughout that year. Overall though I do very much like this school.

Both of my children went here and took AP classes and were among the first graduating class for AP. With that being said, I feel that this school also has many challenges that an overwhelmed counselor will easily miss if parents are not on top of what’s going on with their kid. Bullying can easily b...
