Going to Thurman White Middle School was one of the best experiences of my life there I met many friends and amazing people . The teachers were also very nice and helpful to all of the students . Overall they had decent cafeteria and food but the school offered a lot of extra curricular to the students who were interested.

It's a great school. That's perfect for anyone interested in the arts. Sports (mainly basketball) are also held highly at Thurman White.

I didn't really join after school activities but i say they are pretty cool. they have NJHS, Volleyball, soccer, cross country, e.t.c I say they have amazing activities.

I have nothing good to say about this school. Academically, I felt my child was given a ton of busy work and not challenged. It's really sad, because the school is pushed by so many as being amazing. This is not a school you want to send your child if you want them to learn basics like math and science and it’s definitely not a school to send your kid to prepare for high school or real life. My son came to this school the year of pandemic and after getting his 5th grade experience just shut down and not promotion to middle school other then virtually talking with teacher. I feel very disappointed that Thurman white can’t even have an 8th grade ceremony graduation for the students, every school has them and I have asked various staff and no one can’t seem to give me an actual answer as to why the students can’t have a ceremony
