High Plains Elementary School is a K-5 public school and part of the Cherry Creek School District. Located at 6100 S. Fulton St.Englewood, High Plains' mission is to help young learners create relationships that promote a lifelong spirit of inquiry. This mission is accomplished by increasing self-confidence and growing socially and academically.
Students receive a traditional curriculum and classes in the arts, PE, and music. Additional programming is available for gifted and talented students, English as second language learners, and students with an individualized education plan.
While there are no team sports, there are many clubs and activities to choose from at High Plains. Students can participate in Cub Scouts, Speed and Agility, Spanish and Science Club, Orchestra and Band, Friendship Club, Dance, Cooking, Computer Programming, Chess, and Art!
Hot lunch is available, as well as transportation via bus. If needed, before and after school childcare is available for an additional cost.
