Highgate went through a tough period of time before 2017 when there was frequent leadership turnover. Three years later, thanks to consistent restorative practice and other relationally based approaches, the school is really beginning to thrive.

in the last four years, but mostly the last two, this school has not only lost it's leadership but the leadership is working against the teachers and parents which is hurting the children.2017

The school staff definitely prioritizes the well being of each student and they are passionate about what they do. Communication could be better between all staff members and also with the parents.
