The best parts of my experience were how two teachers were always there for me. I felt seen and glad that the staff cared about me. The resources TRHS provided for college-searching was very helpful.

I loved the school culture. ThunderRidge has Field Day, which is an amazing event where all the students crowd into the gym and compete against other grade levels in crazy events like grizzly surf. I also loved participating in Cross-Country. The sport was amazing but more importantly everyone welcomed each other and encouraged each other no matter how fast you were. Every night before races we would have team dinner where all 100 plus kids ate a ton of pasta at one of the runners houses and had a great time.

Overall, the school provided a good education in a safe environment. Most of the teachers I had seemed genuinely passionate about the subjects they taught and wanted to see us succeed. The counselors there were very useful resources.

My time there was great! There was a great sense of community and the teachers were amazing. Also, there were many foreign exchange students.

Horrible and frustrating! All three of my children have attended and the experience has been bad across the board. Looking for alternatives now as I don’t want them to go there anymore.

I am so happy that I had the chance to attend TRHS. At the end of the day, it was a great school that provided me with many opportunities, and a sense of community throughout my school that I believe is uncommon in many other schools.
