Some of the male teachers are inappropriate, building smells unpleasant, lack of effort in actually teaching, no college prep at all

As an alum of Hilliard Darby High School, I can say that this school was a great one. My favorite thing about Darby was the involvement that the students and their families had with the school. The involvement helped make the culture of the school so much more cheerful. I honestly don't have much to say about the worst parts of my experience because I truly don't remember having any. One thing I would like to see a change on with Darby would be the type and amounts of college courses they offer.

The school's extra curricular activities are one of its strengths. There is a diverse set of clubs and teams and the school makes it easy to start new ones. The school culture however is a downside, as bullying is prevalent, even if passive and unreported.

It's just an average high school, although a lot of times I felt like sports were the main focus while the arts were mostly ignored. Complaints about black face were ignored and not dealt with effectively. The strongest aspect of Darby is the amazing teachers.
