Established in 1949, Holy Trinity Elementary is a private Catholic school serving transitional kindergarten through eighth grade. Home of the Holy Trinity Huskies, the school initially opened more than 70 years ago in the parish hall of the Trinity church under the direction of Sisters of the Immaculate Heart. This small, community-oriented school enrolls approximately 150 students and is located at 3722 Boyce Avenue in Los Angeles, adjacent to the Holy Trinity church.
The school is built upon the principles of academic excellence combined with a quality Catholic education. Teachers aspire to build faith, self-esteem and assist students in the development of a strong character by working one-on-one, adjusting academic pacing according to the needs of the student. Core curriculum at Holy Trinity Elementary consists of classes in math, science, English, reading and physical education. In addition, the school holds a weekly mass for worship.
Holy Trinity also features an athletics department and offers basketball, volleyball and softball, all of which are available as electives. The school sponsors an annual fall festival and students participate each year in the Atwater Christmas Festival, a 30-year tradition where students join in lighting a 60-foot Christmas tree erected in the center of Atwater Village.

This is an AMAZING little school tucked in Atwater village in Los Angeles. It is very small so the child/teacher ratio is also small. The average class size is 10-12.
