My son use to go here he never did like it there thank God he is our of there his 8th grade teachers where a@$holes and the person attendence always called complaining about my son being late being a smart aleck . And one of those teachers and his smart aleck remark about another school district at least with that other school district I can say they care about the students and completely communicate with there families and are never rude like they are here don't send your child there either there idiots.

I really enjoyed going to Decatur Middle School. I received a great education and I had some amazing teachers. The school was very helpful in catering to my needs as a high ability student.

My 2 years at this school was horrible. For those 2 years I've been to counselors, staff, and even the Principal *multiple* times about getting me a school SquareOne therapist for my anxiety, depression, and ADHD. An "I'll write it down!" here and an, "I'll remind myself!" that. Radiosilence those 2...

All the teachers were great and very patient. I felt like everyone tries to do what they can to control rowdy behavior.

Teachers are caring for their students, encourage them to try out for sports or join a club by spreading the word, especially when it’s new. My experience at this school has put me through 3 different mental hospitals because I tried to end my life on account of the utter chaos and anarchy that takes place at this school on a daily basis.
