This school really promotes anti-bullying. Any bullying cases are resolved quickly and fairly. This is a very safe school; there have been no cases of unknown intruders. Students are advised to keep all valuable belongings safe. There are very few cases of stolen items. The nurse is very helpful and understanding. Most people would agree that this school is safe.

When we moved to the city, we thought that the school system would be something that matched the rest of the community. We believe that our child going to school somewhere like in San Ramon, rather than in Oakland would be beneficial for our child and her environment. However, we have been learning...

I transferred to this school Instead of going to another middle school And if it's the best decision I ever made at this school that is Not what I expected It is the best school I have ever been and as a sixth grader I am excited to know what's coming next

So far, the only positive at this school is their attention to physical education. Students have PE every day and teachers even care enough to move the class indoors when it is too hot outside. Everything else is just a complete mess. Sheer amount of homework is overwhelming: math 1-1.5 hr, science...
