This school is strong in the areas of critical thinking, student agency, and analytical skills, however it is lacking in student discipline and academics in the areas of STEM especially.

LACS is a very safe and welcoming school. I have not experienced or been witness to bullying, breach of security or anything of that sort. We are prepared for a fire, severe weather and threat to the school if that ever occurred.

The academics are what you make of them. Teachers are always willing to meet after class to discuss topics or provide additional help. The workload is often fairly light, however, so a non-driven student can sometimes slip by without doing a lot of work.
