Somerset Academy Eagle Campus is a tuition-free public charter school serving students throughout Jacksonville from kindergarten through eighth grade. The school serves more than 400 students, offering core curriculum courses tailored to the specific needs of the student body. The school is one of several Somerset Charter Schools operated by Somerset Academy, Inc. The first Somerset Academy Charter School opened in Miramar, Florida, in 1997, and the Somerset Academy Eagle Campus opened in 2011 with separate campuses for the elementary and middle schools. In 2020, the school relocated to its new campus, combining its elementary and middle school facilities.
Somerset Academy Eagle Campus follows Somerset’s successful formula for creating an enriching educational environment that requires parental involvement. Somerset Academy Eagle Campus is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) and AdvancED, a nonprofit organization that conducts diligent external reviews of schools. The curriculum is serviced by Academica, one of the nation’s most successful charter school services and support organizations.
Somerset Academy Eagle Campus is part of the Duval County Public School system but offers open enrollment to students who reside outside of Duval County. In addition to academics, the school offers athletic programs and team sports, including basketball and flag football.

We absolutely love Somerset and their staff! They work so hard with the kids and it is so easy to recognize their dedication to our children's success. They are passionate and excellent communicators. I would highly recommend.

My daughter and grandchildren attends Somerset.. They are learning a lot.The classes room's are very seldom interrupted..Mr.Cook is a very neutral Principal..He's always there to talk to you if there's a problem.Some of the Staff is a little ruff around the edges..That can be dealt with.. WE LOVE MR...
