i have tried to write this review many times so i'm going to keep this short. if you're anything but a straight white guy, you're getting bullied, the school and most of its programs have awful favoritism, the academics are good but so rigorous i was burned out 2 weeks into the second semester of my 8th grade year. some of the teachers are wonderful, one made me hate singing. i can't recommend this school to any girl, any person who isn't white, anyone who is in any way not normal and especially anyone who is a combination of those things. if you are willing to work with awful bullying be my guest, but just know that if the bully has parents that donate to the school, it will be you who gets in trouble for getting bullied.

Seabury has an amazing culture, preparing students to be engaged citizens and well prepared for college!

We chose this school after traditional/large high school did not work for our daughter. We were looking for a tight knit, welcoming community and we found it. Our daughter has absolutely thrived in this environment and it has brought out the very best in her. Seabury is academically very challenging but very supportive at the same time, and everyone knows everyone. We love the diversity and the teachers are second to none. We only wish we had found Seabury sooner.

The attention to student's needs and a strong sense of the value of learning crically to problem solve rather than rote makes this one of the most positive schools I have ever expereienced. I wish I could have gone to a school like this as an adolecent; I would have been much better prepared to deal...
