I have very little interaction with the counselors and I wish that it was better explained before taking dual credit how they would effect our college plans. Since the school is quite small if they talked to us about our career plans beforehand we could have avoided spending dual credit hours in useless classes that don't apply to our degree plans. This had affected me as well as multiple friends.

Llano high school is by far the best school in the surrounding counties. Teachers and other staff treat the kids like there own. They actually care about there students.

I really enjoyed a lot of my classes. I learned so much and had fun in classes I normally wouldn't have fun in - like chemistry. The only problem I have is that I feel they don't let the students have enough freedom to express themselves. I feel that since we're still kids we should be allowed to act like it. I understand that they want to prepare us for the 'real world' but I think we should still be able to do things we wouldn't be able to do in the real world. For example, get piercings that a our future jobs might not let us get, or dye our hair fun colors before we have to stick to the boring natural colors that we'll have to stick to probably the rest of our lives.

As a parent of a child that goes to this school I have great concern. The bullying is out of control. I graduated from Llano we never would have dreamed of treating kids the way the kids now do. Instead of fixing the problem and asking a child why they are acting out they want the kid to go get help...
