GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

The Highschool Overall is quite great. I don't believe I've been through any horrible experiences myself but I've heard a few from others. I have had good experiences though with staff helping and other people writhing my pathway being helpful to me.

The best part about my experience at the school is how friendly some of the teachers are you can build good connections with them. As well, getting to know people is easy. However, some things that I would like to see a change in is the environment of the school to see more people getting along and fewer arguments and rumors. Also to have people who care about some students' mental health.

It's an outstanding school the programs and activities they have are great. The teachers are respectful but the only thing I think they should change is the dress code and let students wear what they would like to wear. I would also change how they allow students in now. Scanning in always takes a long time and makes students get late to their classes because of the long lines. Other than that its a great school the classic is a very big part the history sports everything and the new mural programs are very exciting. Especally the new builds they are adding to the campus its nice to see that they are involing the students in to a lot of things.

This is a great school to attend! Not only have I made amazing friends but I’ve made great 1:1 relationships with teachers. The programs they offer here are a great way to begin on college readiness. If it weren’t for Roosevelt I wouldn’t be prepared for college next year.

Roosevelt is probably 98% hispanic/latino and that is most likely the reason that other people deem it a 'bad' or 'poor' school but as a student I know it is the opposite. Roosevelt has many resources to take advantage of and most teachers are here to help you and coach you to success. Many kids her...
