I was a Homeschooler under the charter. It was rough, but I got through it. It wasn't a bad school, but I did not feel prepared after graduating from the charter. The main reason I felt ready was the help from my parents and the tutors they hired out of pocket.

Granite Mountain Charter School is a great program for those who want to homeschool their children but don't have the resources. GMCS has pros and cons like any school but the good outweighs the bad. However, one thing I would want to change is more student body activities such as school dances and student interaction.

This school allows you to study at your own schedule. The teachers seem slow, and the administration is hard to work with. There are few attempts to connect students to each other. The few clubs they have are online.
