The teachers are great. Many of them stay for numerous years. The class size is small and students get a lot of individual attentions. There are opportunities for involvement in sports, clubs or organizations.

The teachers really care about the wellbeing of their students and make sure they give them plenty of opportunities to make up work or understand the topic. However homeschool students are pushed aside a little and not given priority for classes. The Judo program is excellent

The school district focuses on the student and also offers great opportunities to take college courses in high school as well as work with the student and parent to identify and apply for appropriate colleges and grant/scholarship opportunities. I’m very pleased with my child’s success at Mancos.
