Overall from my experience there you have a hit or miss chance. Sometimes you get the teachers that have 10 years under them while other times you get the new first year teacher who is learning with you. There's also music programs with band, choir and orchestra. I love how witty some teachers can be and yet know how to explain what is being learned.
