GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Southeast High School prepared me for college life and it prepared me for life as well. The teachers were very transparent and were very inclined to help their students. My AP Calculus teacher was the very kind to me and helped me understand math more than I already did. She took time to make sure all of her students understand the subject and my ACT score in math improved because of this.

My experience was really good during the years of being here. I kind of wish parents could get more involved with kids when it comes to school activities and actually get to know their child or spend time with them.

I have attended Southeast Lauderdale my whole life and have loved every minute of it. The teachers genuinely care for their students and want them to succeed. Everyone on staff at each of the schools makes sure that students are safe and in a learning environment that helps students not only learn things academically but also about life.

Southeast is a National Blue Ribbon School and for good reason. The teachers and administrators truly care about the students and communicate well with the parents. We absolutely love Southeast! I have three children in the schools and our experience couldn't have been better. We will be moving soon...
