Liberty Arts Academy is a charter school for prekindergarten through eighth grade students, and it is focused on a student-centered approach. Located in Mesa, Arizona, Liberty Arts Academy strives to develop students into brave, attentive, responsible and kind citizens of the community. Following a standards-based grading model, the curriculum is centered around core qualities to educate the students with relevant and current material. Liberty Arts Academy offers many electives, including piano, journalism and sports. Fitness Friday encourages students to live active and healthy lifestyles every Friday.
As a member of The Leona Group of charter schools, Liberty Arts Academy has vetted and experienced teaching professionals. There is a uniform dress code for students. With a “no homework policy,” Liberty Arts Academy instills a positive work-life balance in students to promote mental wellness. There are Smart boards in each classroom, and every student can have a Chromebook to complete assignments and stay up-to-date with current trends in technology.
Parent involvement is encouraged with volunteer opportunities. Liberty Arts Academy provides special assemblies and public speakers throughout the school year and is focused on an experiential scholastic experience.

Free lunch and breakfast for all students. Options for school transportation. sports. Didn't have to fight for my son's IEP. No homework policy. My children say it's the best school ever!

I cannot in good conscious reccamend this school. My child was here for 4 years total and one amin shift. I sent my child here for kindergarten at the start of the pandemic because the principal here didn’t drink the cool aid and require his kid to wear masks, also my child now has a good attitude about school because this school made school fun and safe for her and the teachers all seem to be sweet lad...

Don't have great staff. Staff is mean to students and bully them. Not a.great school for special needs or children on iep.
