GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

The school has gone downhill the last ~5 years, mostly since COVID. There were a couple nice teachers that made my experience more enjoyable, but the environment felt toxic at times and in my opinion, there was minimal professional or academic support for kids working toward getting into a prestigious college. Overall, it was an experience.

Overall, the experience has been very beneficial to me. However, the school is small, and a lot of the opportunities that I have taken advantage of have been a challenge to do (i.e. taking advanced classes). Most people don't push for these opportunities, and I would like the school to push a little bit harder; as of now, there are quite a few mediocre programs that need some love.
