The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Coming in as a transfered student I was very nervous on what people would think of me and how different the school would've been since it's a project based learning school, once I got there everyone was super welcoming and so kind, the idea of project based learning was game changing and made me more creative/ more prepared for college since I always need to present my projects in class. the worst part was not having any friends when I got there but was very temporary once I made some.

Disappointing, sad to have wasted my high school years here, this school was and is marketed as an innovative, new type of program. This isn't on the shoulders of the current school admins, as the whole office staff has been changed in recent years. just an example of why businesses and capital owners should stay out of education, unless they will just fund it for everyone.

I've had a great time at New Tech, Our new principal listens to students' concerns, and most teachers work hard to do the same. I feel very prepared for real world business situations.
I feel like New Tech has prepared em for the real world. It has offered me many opportunities to further my education both inside and outside of school. At new tech you have to be determined to take initiative of your own learning which helps to teach skills needed in life.
